WHFD Schedule

WHFD is a free, one-day event open to all members of the Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor communities. The date for WHFD 2018 is January 13th, 2018 at Washtenaw Community College. Highlights of the event include three, hour-long workshops and an address by a keynote speaker. Healthy food options for both breakfast and lunch are also provided.

8:15-9:00 Registration, Breakfast
9:00-10:00 Session 1
10:00-11:00 Session 2
11:00-12:00 Session 3
12:00-12:40 Lunch
12:40-1:30 Keynote Speaker with Dr. Helen Kales
1:30-2:00 Conclusion and Raffle prizes

Each workshop is led by a representative from the University of Michigan Health System or by a local health professional.
